Usage Method

During use, the cyanide-free gold recovery reagent should be agitated with alkaline water at normal temperature and then dissolved into the gold leaching slurry. For heap leaching, basin leaching, and oxidized gold ore production, the process is the same as that for Sodium Cyanide. The pregnant solution and the lean solution can be reused, and the best adsorption material for the pregnant gold leach solution is activated carbon. The leaching effect is best when the ambient temperature is above 10 °C. The reagent may be compatible with gold cyanide extract.

Alkalinity: Lime, caustic soda, etc. are commonly used to adjust and maintain the pH value at 10–12. After the raw ore is broken up or fed into the pool, return water to adjust the alkalinity to a pH value of 11 ± 1.

Application / Dosage: Approximately 0.5–1.0 parts per thousand (500–1000 g of product per ton of ore). The ore’s properties, grade, and pH affect the dosage. The actual dosage can be calculated according to the concentration of the solution.
