Porcelain Casserole

This porcelain casserole features a convenient lip and flat handle. It is glazed both inside and out, except for the rim and the top of the handle, and is resistant to acids and alkalies (excluding hydrofluoric acid). It is autoclavable and can withstand temperatures up to 1150°C (2102°F). Available in multiple sizes.
